Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

You can request cancellation:

  • Before the outlet accepts the order
  • Immediately after placing the order (subject to outlet approval)

Once food preparation has started, cancellation may not be possible.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued when:

  • The outlet cancels the order
  • Items are unavailable
  • Payment was taken but the order was not delivered
  • Wrong/poor-quality items were delivered (verified case)

No refund will be provided for:

  • Personal taste preferences
  • Wrong delivery address provided by user
  • Delays caused by weather or traffic
  • Outlets without delivery services

Refund Time

  • 3–7 working days for online payments
  • As per bank/payment gateway policy

  • Delivery availability and radius depend on the outlet
  • Delivery estimates may vary due to traffic, weather & order volume
  • Delivery charges (if applicable) will be shown before checkout
  • Dine-In & Takeaway are available where supported by the outlet
